Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Please note:

-We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

-Double check your shipping address at checkout, Sierra Suds Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
